 SHIPPING AND PAYMENTS

  • Do you provide tracking information? Yes! As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking number. Please note: it may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • How long do orders take to process and dispatch? Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
  • How long does shipping take? 

    - U.S. Shipping: 4–10 business days (after processing)

    - International Shipping: 6–12 business days (after processing)
  • Why didn't my order come in one package? We ship from multiple fulfillment centers to ensure faster delivery. This means items in the same order may arrive separately — but you’ll never be charged extra shipping fees for split shipments.
  • What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

  • I ordered the wrong size, can I get a refund or replace? Yes, we can exchange sizes for all product.
